The Software Maintenance & Technical Support Subscription is an option available for BayesiaLab Perpetual Licenses. The subscription fee covers software updates plus technical support by telephone, email, or web meeting. By default, BayesiaLab Perpetual Licenses do not include software maintenance and technical support.
